Not my day for coding

This is beyond ludicrous.

I just pulled the clock/calendar chip out of the box, and tried installing it into the Colonel… and was informed that I don’t have the library to run it.
To be more accurate the manufacturer didn’t include that piece of important …. I’m at a loss of words here.

Maybe if I wasn’t stretched so mentally thin over needing to give up on the voice and DAC after spending all that time on them, I wouldn’t be so bothered by the absolute failure of needing to research and troubleshoot what is allegedly plug and play teaching hardware. It’s so plug and play in fact that the manufacturer doesn’t bother to provide libraries for it on their website.

Ugh…. This was supposed to be a simple way to inject a little positive energy into my day, to help take the sting out of all the wasted time… and instead of being able to enjoy a quick victory and get some wind in my sails before moving on with my day, I need to jump through hoops that I don’t have the energy to jump through. I am so tired of needing to research things I really should not have to spend time researching in order for a TUTORIAL to work.

There’s nothing quite like needing to spend hours working on a 30 second build to make you question your abilities.
I need a break.
